Situations such as this call into question Ramos’ leadership in the red team, and lower their self-esteem when it comes to performing in the competition. Several fan websites have made sure to see the Puerto Rican gymnast decayed and absent in the circuits, despite being the only one who gave points to the Famous people yesterday in the fight for the Fortress.

In the first season of Exatlón United States, Ramos proved to be “a born leader, led the red team to numerous victories”, published on his page Telemundo. Ramos was eliminated after facing Kenny Ochoa, of the Contestant team. “I have a lot of respect for Tommy and I appreciate it so much,” Ochoa said after eliminating Tommy. “His way of facing all adversities, I admire that a lot. In the second season, the Puerto Rican returned as Team Famous coach.
Tommy Ramos is an Olympic gymnast and has medals in Pan American and World Games
Ramos is an Olympic gymnast from Puerto Rico. The athlete fell in love with the sport at five years old. “It all started at five years old with the physical education teacher Luis Matías with the illusion of learning to give‘ marometas ’, Matías gave me the opportunity to belong to his small gymnastics group. Ramos won a gold medal in a fixed bar at the 2002 Pan American Youth Games, and two years later he obtained silver in rings and a fixed bar, plus a bronze in parallel bars during the Gymnastics Championship in Bulgaria. He also won medals in Pan American and World Games.
In 2016, the Puerto Rican announced his retirement from the sport. That same year he compromised with volleyball player Vilmarie Mojica. Today he has two children.
