Caglar Söyüncü has always been rumored of transfers due to his performance at Leicester City in the English Premier League. Now the ex-manager of the Turkish international has spoken and reported that FC Barcelona had the central defender on the radar before moving from Turkey from Altinordu to SC Freiburg. According to the ex-manager, there was even a concrete offer from the Catalans.
The rumors surrounding Caglar Söyüncü, strong center-back from Leicester City and the Turkish national team, are the stories that open the transfer window. Mustafa Dogru, ex-manager of the player, spoke up and had exciting things to report. So he said former adviser to the kickers, before SC Freiburg brought Söyüncü from Turkey to Breisgau for a claimed 2.65 million euros, FC Barcelona was interested in the player. And supposedly there were even negotiations. So says the ex-manager to the Spanish newspaper “AS”that Barca wanted him. Necessarily. One spoke and the whole thing also sounded interesting. Söyüncü was primarily concerned with times of operation and that is why they decided against the Catalans.
