Evópoli could reassess its position in the face of the plebiscite, assured its president

The president of Evópoli, Andrés Molina, said that the party – which chose to support the option of Approval in the constitutional plebiscite – could reevaluate its position.

In January of this year, the party voted to support the Approval, although it gave its militants freedom of action to support either option.

In this regard, Molina said in Radio Pattern that “that does not divide us. Today we have people on our board who are for Rejection, others who are for Approval.”

The deputy added that “we have a political council ahead of us (next August 29) where the councilors – as was established in January – could also give freedom to the party, so that the party was not in favor of Rejection or Approval.”

“This remains to be seen. Until now, the party has a clear option, which is Approve and, therefore, that is what there is today,” he said.

“He could change this option institutionally and release him, just as he did in his minute National Renovation,” he explained.

Regarding his participation in the so-called “Rejection tour”, Andrés Molina said that “as long as the party does not take its option in the council, I prefer not to commit myself to being in command permanently.”
