Premiere Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro it’s a mystery – the superflag may debut on February 8 with the official premiere of Xiaomi Mi 11, but perhaps the manufacturer will decide not to reveal all the cards at once. It’s time for us to summarize all the information so far about the model, which will be a dream come true for the most demanding fans.
Design and screen: beautiful front, continent on the back
Although after the premiere of Xiaomi Mi 11 it seemed that the Pro version would not differ significantly from the basic model, subsequent leaks showed a completely new face of the top model. While the front will be identical, because we are putting rumors about the camera under the screen between cartoons, the rear panel will see significant differences.

Instead of a relatively small – as for 2021 – the island of Xiaomi Mi 11 we will get something that resembles the shape and size of the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra’s photographic backroom rotated by 90 degrees. Literally, because everything indicates that Xiaomi decided to put there information about the 100x optical zoom that smells like cheap marketing. May it not be true.
The display itself will most likely be the same matrix as in the cheaper model. This is not necessarily a disadvantage, because there is simply nothing to improve. So we expect a screen with a diagonal of 6.81 inches and adaptive refreshing to 120 Hz. Of course, it will be an AMOLED panel.
Performance and equipment: it’s top
The performance of the device itself will not change either, because there is simply no better processor on the market. The heart of Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will be Snapdragon 888 with a maximum of 12 GB of RAM. It would be nice when the strongest variant finally found its way to Polish stores, and was not reserved only for the domestic market in China.

However, it is not the specification itself that determines the capabilities of the flagship, and the strong point of the Mi 11 Pro equipment is to be MIUI 12.5. This is a new version of the overlay in which the manufacturer has included a whole lot of cool functions. We will also see changes “under the hood”, because the software is to be lighter, more energy-efficient and use less resources.

Battery and charging – a record in all respects
The battery capacity is the biggest novelty in relation to the current top Xiaomi models. Although the Chinese manufacturer has been offering 5000 mAh cells in the medium and budget shelf for quite a long time, real flagships have not had access to them so far. This will change to the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro, which will receive two o a total capacity of 5000 mAh.

Why two? Of course, to make better use of very fast charging. According to the leaks, there will be as much as 120 W of charging on board and the possibility of wireless charging with a power of up to 80 W. None of the competitors, even Oppo, has that.
There are also no illusions – you will not find a charger in the box with Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro.
Top shelf camera
According to the latest information, Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro will be equipped with a quadruple camera module, which will include a periscope lens. The graphics reveal that it will offer a digital zoom 100-120 times – hardly anyone believes that it will be useful. The main telephoto lens is to be 48 or 12 MP. Why such a discrepancy? From the potential use of QuadBayer technology, i.e. combining 4 adjacent pixels into 1.

- Camera: 108MP, 1 / 1.33 ″ 0.8μm sensor, f / 1.85 lens with OIS, 13MP wide angle with 123 ° field of view with f / 2.4 lens, 48 or 12MP telephoto lens (QuadBayer), second telephoto lens (periscope).
Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro: price and availability
The price and release date are the last unknowns that appear in the context of Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro. The smartphone is much better equipped than Xiaomi Mi 11, and the manufacturer’s previous pricing policy points to an approximately 20% higher amount – and this is a rather optimistic assumption. Then the prices of Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro would be as follows:
- the 8/128 GB version could cost about 4799 yuan (about PLN 2700 without additional taxes),
- a more powerful variant with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB for data could be valued at 5,600 yuan (about 3,100 zlotys).
It can be expected that we will find out more about Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro on February 8, during the global debut of the cheaper version. Even if the Pro variant will not be shown then, the manufacturer should mention something about it. Previous information indicates that all three (including the Lite version) will go to stores in March 2021.
