Evening download: the final versions of iOS 13.3.1, tvOS 13.3.1, watchOS 6.1.2 and HomePod 13.3.1 available!

Apple has just provided the final version of iOS 13.3.1, after a beta cycle interrupted by the confectioners’ truce. According to the release notes, this new version corrects a problem in the new communication limits function of Screen time as promised by Apple, it also puts an end to two Mail bugs: one that made sure to load an image even when the setting Load remote images is disabled, and the other one that multiplied the dialog boxes To cancel.

iOS 13.3.1 does not stop there, since there is also a fix for notifications that get lost along the way in Wi-Fi, and an improvement for the Indian English voice for the HomePod. This update blocked also the location of the U1 chip, in addition to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth (confidentiality > Location service > System services > Network and wireless).

The small delay when editing a Deep Fusion photo (iPhone 11 and 11 Pro) should be a thing of the past, as was this bug that caused FaceTime to use the ultra-wide angle sensor on the back, rather than the wide angle. Finally, the CarPlay bug which caused distortions of sound during calls is eliminated.

In the process, we will not forget to download the final versions of tvOS 13.3.1, watchOS 6.1.2 and iOS 13.3.1 for the HomePod.
