Xbox Game Pass strikes again
Xbox gamers have been able to enjoy the Xbox Game Pass service for years. A service in which you can choose from a large arsenal of games to play for a reasonable amount. This arsenal does not only consist of small games, but also Triple A first and third party titles. This way, gamers can enjoy the first party games from Xbox on the day of release. But gamers can also (again) enjoy the biggest game of the past 10 years, in fact, maybe even ever: GTA V. Although the game was on Game Pass before, it was only for a month. People who missed the game in the first instance now get a second chance.
Nederlandse developers rise up!
If we look at the Dutch game industry, you cannot really name a lot of heavy hitters. Sure, Guerilla Studios are playing a huge role for PlayStation, and last December we had Tomas Sala, developer of Xbox success The Falconeer, as our guest. But the majority of Dutch game developers are mainly in the Indie scene. That changed a bit this week. Blue Box Game Studios, from Leiden, is responsible for the PS5 exclusive ‘Abandoned’. And no, they are not an alter ego of Hideo Kojima.
