SOE Minister Erick Thohir reshuffled the composition of directors and commissioners of PT Lender Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk o BNI. This reshuffle of directors and commissioners was authorised by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Shareholders (EGMS).
Director of BNI President Royke Tumilaar stated that at this EGMS he accepted Ratih Nurdiati’s honorable discharge from the commissioner and accredited the appointment of Fadlansyah Lubis as commissioner who at present serves as deputy cabinet secretary.
“He is currently the deputy cabinet secretary,” Royke explained at a push meeting on Wednesday (8/31/2022).

EGMS has authorised Bob Tyasika Ananta’s honorable discharge from BNI’s Director of Human Cash and Compliance. Consequently, the EGMS accredited Mucharom’s appointment as BNI’s Human Capital & Compliance Director. Previously, Mucharom held the situation of Corporate Secretary BNI.
Subsequently, the EGMS authorised the honorable dismissal of YB Hariantono from BNI’s IT & Functions Director and permitted the appointment of Toto Prasetio as BNI’s IT & Functions Director. Formerly, Toto held the job of SEVP of Technological know-how & Information and facts at PT Financial institution Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
The EGMS also approved Henry Panjaitan’s honorable discharge from BNI’s Treasury and Global Director and accepted the appointment of Putrama Wahju Setyawan as BNI’s Treasury Director. Previously, Putrama was President and Director of PT Jamkrindo.
