According to the news in Sözcü, Ensar Foundation Afyon Board Member Professor of the Turkish Historical Society. Dr. Ahmet Yaramış was appointed. He entered the board of directors as a member in the ordinary general meeting of the Created Ensar Foundation held in Afyonkarahisar on March 10, 2018.

* He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Department of History in 1990. He worked as a history teacher within the Ministry of National Education in Gölbaşı district of Ankara between 1991-1993.
* In 1993, he was appointed as a research assistant to Afyon Kocatepe University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of History. He completed his master’s degree at Gazi University (1993) and the University of Connecticut (1996).
* In 2002, “II. He received the title of doctor at Ankara University with his thesis titled Asakir-i Mansure-i Muhammediy, 1826-1839 ”during the Mahmut Period. He became an assistant professor in 2002, an associate professor in 2008 and a professor in 2014.
* He served as the head of department, college and institute directors and dean at Afyon Kocatepe University. He started his job as the President of the Turkish Historical Society on 20 April 2020.
