Emirates Airlines and Flynas Expand Interline Agreement During Arab Travel Market 2024 with New Connecting Flights, Strategic Partnerships

During the Arab Travel Market 2024, Emirates Airlines concluded a memorandum of understanding with Flynas to expand the interline agreement between the two carriers, with plans to open new connecting flights and provide more travel options for Flynas customers via Dubai.

In the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airlines and the Group, and Ayed Al Jaeed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Flynas, Adnan Kazim, Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates Airlines, signed memorandum of understanding with the CEO and Managing Director of Flynas, Bandar Al-Muhanna.

The current interline agreement between Emirates Airlines and Flynas provides enhanced connecting services through the four Emirates gateways in Saudi Arabia: Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina and Dammam, to more than 15 domestic destinations in the Kingdom. It also allows customers to book journeys with a single ticket, ensuring that their travel bags reach their final destination directly.

With the extension of the agreement, Flynas customers can now book connecting flights through one of Emirates’ gateways in the Kingdom to a select list of destinations on the carrier’s network in the Far East, West Asia , the Indian Ocean and Europe, via Dubai.

In addition, Emirates Airlines renewed its strategic collaboration with the Seychelles Tourism Authority and the Sri Lanka Tourism Promotion Office, and finalized a new partnership with the Hong Kong Tourism Authority.

Under the agreement with the Seychelles Tourism Authority, Emirates Airlines is committed to supporting travel agents and tourists in key strategic markets in their efforts to promote Seychelles as a leisure destination. Emirates Airlines also reaffirmed its strong commitment to promoting tourism in Sri Lanka, continuing its efforts, in its 38th year of operations in Sri Lanka, to support the island’s tourism agenda this by developing special offers designed to attract a wide range of tourists and experiences. trips from major markets.

In the same context, the memorandum of understanding with the Hong Kong Tourism Board aims to increase inbound tourism from the main target markets in the Middle East and Europe, as well as continuing with various joint activities, including expert visits, comprehensive promotional plans, and advertising campaigns.
