After a document was released yesterday in which the former director of Pemex, Emilio “L”, points out as one of the seven former senators who received 80 million pesos in bribes, the governor of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez, ruled out having received money and accused that in order to obtain a pardon the former official is willing to do anything.
Through a message, the state leader regretted the leakage of the accusations of the former director of the state production company, which affects the administration of justice.

“The statement of Emilio Lozoya corresponds to a request for criteria of opportunity. Lozoya will be willing to say anything in exchange for forgiveness. His sayings are not evidence. I regret the leakage of unsupported statements that, furthermore, violate due process. The leaks of lies is a practice that hurts the administration of justice, democracy and civility ”, he indicated.
In addition, Francisco Domínguez questioned the statements of the detainee and clarified that they must be proven before the corresponding authorities.
“In my case I have no responsibility. I’m quiet. I will wait for the precise moment to get to the bottom of this matter. In any case, if the requests of a defendant like Mr. Lozoya are those, you must prove them. This has already been indicated by the Attorney General of the Republic.
“If it were real judicial actions, they would be safeguarded by due process, guaranteed by the Federal Judicial Power and the Attorney General’s Office,” said the local president and former legislator for the PAN.

Francisco Domínguez affirmed that when the time comes he will face the accusations against him, which he described as “lies”, so he will concentrate on his work at the head of the Querétaro government.
“Therefore, in the face of said and lies, as I have always done, I will confront them and leave each one in their place and each thing where it goes. Meanwhile, I will continue working so that my state continues to be an example of work and progress, “he said.
