Willeke did not know what happened to her when she felt terrible pains in her stomach two months ago.

“Fortunately, someone was with me,” Willeke tells Story. ‘He was able to take me to the hospital, because I could never have driven myself. Then an ambulance should have come. It hurt that much.’ In the hospital it turned out that the singer had a gallstone attack. Her gallbladder did not need to be removed; the stones were removed via keyhole surgery.
strict diet
Willeke was given nutritional advice, which she must strictly adhere to. ‘I see it as a diet for the rest of my life. A special diet so I hope I don’t have to go through that pain again. It was like a colic attack. Horrible!’ Willeke has now lost twelve kilos due to the diet.
