Emaar unveils a new project in Dubai worth 25 billion dirhams

The founder of Emaar Properties, Mohamed Alabbar, said that the company is about to launch a new project in Dubai worth 25 billion dirhams.

Al-Abbar said in media statements that the project, which is called “Al-Waha”, is located near the Arabian Ranches area, and will be launched within a period ranging between one and two months, indicating that the company has completed all the work that precedes the launch of the high-end residential complex. Alabbar added that the company also plans to launch a commercial center with a completely new concept that provides an ideal experience for visitors, as the company is studying six ideas to determine the project within two months, indicating that the project cost is about eight billion dirhams.
