“Yes, we are developing a traditional form of voting on the territory of the Rostov Region, we already have such experience,” Pamfilova noted.
She stressed that special polling stations are being organized in the Rostov region for those who can come to vote.
“Now we are developing additional options. But there is a technological complexity, because we need to find a way to verify. Because people in our single portal of public services must be registered, this is mandatory, here we need to determine the place of registration,” Pamfilova added.
Note, according to various estimates, about 500,000 residents of ORDLO have received Russian passports and, accordingly, can take part in the Russian elections.
