Elderly Man Killed After Confronting Noisy Youths Outside His Home

A 72-year-old man died on Tuesday July 11 after being attacked a few days earlier outside his home in Vieux-Condé (North) by young people whom he had asked to make less noise, we learned from the Valenciennes public prosecutor’s office.

The young people aged 18 and 14 were indicted for “non-impediment to commit a crime or misdemeanor and non-assistance to a person in danger”.
