The game also won several other awards, besides the top prize, which is the award for best direction, art direction and role-playing game. The awards and names of the winning games were announced at a ceremony held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California, USA which was attended by a number of notable celebrities such as actor Al Pacino, as well as Pedro Pascal, English actress Bella Ramsey and Swedish-Lebanese director Joseph Fares and other personalities.
God of War Ragnarok has won a few awards, such as Best Narrative, Best Sound Design, Best Action/Adventure and Best Accessibility Innovation.
