The bowling team triumphed in the Ibero-American Bowling Championship Costa Rica 2024 that took place in the neighboring country, where the Salvadorans Edith Quintanilla and Roxana Fajardo won the gold and silver medal, respectively, in the senior women’s individual event of the twelfth edition.
The National Sports Institute of El Salvador (INDES) reported, through social networks, that Quintanilla was the most outstanding athlete in the discipline and won the gold medal, while Fajardo took second place with the silver in the senior women’s individual event in the twelfth edition of the Ibero-American Championship.
