He pointed out that the private sector in Egypt operates in accordance with all legal rules, commenting: The private investment climate for manufacturers must be changed, and golden licenses do not establish an investment climate, because a good investment climate requires fair competition, in addition to exiting while controlling the competitive climate and fixed laws.
