Egypt warns against ‘Hitler shot’ | Abroad

According to the ministry, the jab is life-threatening for a number of reasons. The antibiotics do not help against a virus infection and only make people more resistant to these types of drugs. Overuse of painkillers can damage organs. And hormones cause a lowered resistance, which can actually make someone sick. There are several reports about people who died after a Hitler shot.

The Egyptian pharmacists’ association supports the ministry’s call. Board member Dr. Ahmed Doma expressed the suspicion in a talk show that it is not pharmaceuticals who sell the injection, but employees of pharmacists who want to earn an extra pocket money.

Doma is not surprised that the Hitler shot is popular in Egypt: “The way Egyptians handle medicines is something you don’t see anywhere else in the world. Unfortunately, many Egyptian patients have access to medicines that should actually be administered by a doctor.”

The popularity of the Hitler shot has probably increased due to the increased number of corona infections. Why the injection bears the name of the German Führer is a mystery, by the way.
