According to information in the Electronic Procurement System, the National Defense Logistics and Procurement Center (VALIC) signed agreements with three different suppliers last November to purchase reusable masks for educational institutions.

Contracts for the purchase of hygienic face masks for children (grades 1-5) have been concluded with the Estonian “Eurosec” and SIA “Solutions”, while contracts for the supply of hygienic face masks for adolescents0 (grades 6-12 and in vocational education) have been concluded with SIA ” Eka Print “,” Eurosec “and” Solutions “.

Currently, only information about VALIC’s agreements with Solutions is publicly available. 387,920 masks for 417,751 euros with value added tax (VAT) were purchased for children in grades 1 to 5, while 558,464 masks for 648,711 euros with VAT were purchased from Solutions for pupils in grades 6-12 and vocational education.
