At its meeting on August 17, the State Council adopted a series of measures to combat the COVID-19 epidemic, such as wearing masks, keeping your distance and banning school trips abroad. Several of these measures, which affect the educational sector, provide the framework for the beginning school year in schools of all educational levels.
