Arsenal is in a state at the moment.
There aren’t two ways to do it, the Gunners are at the bottom of the league, they haven’t scored a goal yet, and they haven’t earned a single point yet.
The North London team have really struggled for the past 12 months, and while no one can be blamed, there are areas of the club that are easy to criticize.

The manager is, of course, an easy target, but the recruitment has also been quite iffy, and 12 months later, we have to say that they made an absolute mistake.
Think back to the end of the 2020 summer transfer window, Arsenal were fighting for a new midfielder and going through a series of goals.
Ultimately, they settled on Thomas Partey, who has been very unpredictable so far with the Gunners, and one expert even labeled him the worst signing of last season.

However, things could have been otherwise, and we can only imagine that Edu is having sleepless nights for a player.
Of course, we are talking about Jorginho.
The Gunners took on the Italian this time last year, and the Chelsea midfielder even admitted that he was willing to move to London.
Well, it’s fair to say that Arsenal made the wrong decision in this case.
Now, we’re not saying that Partey is a bad player, but Jorginho has just been voted UEFA Men’s Player of the Year after an incredible 12 months, and it’s hard to argue that Partey is the best option.
Things could have been so different for Arsenal if they signed the Italian instead of Partey this time last year.
