Édouard Philippe confided this Saturday 8 October to the columns of the Parisian. The former premier revealed that he has a second autoimmune disease: alopecia.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of his party Horizons, Édouard Philippe revealed some rare secrets about his second autoimmune disease. In the new issue of Parisian published on Saturday 8 October, the mayor of Le Havre admitted suffering from alopecia, a serious disease that causes hair loss. In this sectarian interview, Édouard Philippe has returned to his state of health. When he was Prime Minister, he developed an exacerbation of his vitiligo, an autoimmune disease. Vitiligo in particular made his beard all white. Like Jada Pinkett Smith, the mayor of Le Havre is also affected by this other autoimmune disease called alopecia.

Towards new horizons

This Sunday, October 9th, Horizons, the new political party created by Édouard Philippe, will celebrate its first anniversary. In the recent legislative elections, this very young political party scored well in nearly 58 constituencies. Indeed, 24 deputies were elected and 42 were selected for the second round. In the National Assembly, nearly 48 deputies come from the former Prime Minister’s party. Results that allow us to see beyond and why not already dream of 2027.
