” Everything is ready “
“We have already imagined different scenarios depending on the protocol that will be imposed on us. The only certainty in the vagueness surrounding the return to business: “Everything is ready to welcome the players. We only need a few hours to get everything started. The president can count on his highly motivated members to clean up the grounds. The very first session is also dedicated to this spring grooming. “The sand, the showers, the terrace and all our facilities are disinfected as usual, we always have a lot of people to help. There, if we have the chance to resume, we will just have to organize ourselves in small groups to respect the distancing. “

What about moving the grounds?
A white season, even if it does not jeopardize the association, would be unwelcome. “We have a very positive outcome, confirms Vincent Saive, but precisely, we had planned not to invest this year and to keep the funds for the move. We also count a lot on the subsidy of the town hall, which has always supported us, to cover our incidental expenses ”.
This is the other question mark of the moment. The Algerian association had to live its last season on the installations assembled from scratch by the president and a few fierce souls. It was eleven years ago. But the development of the brownfields of the Peace site forced them to move. The location is already defined – one kilometer as the crow flies, at the edge of the forest – the fact remains that the calendar could be upset by the crisis.
