The Association for Voluntary Blood Donation of Thionville will be present this Monday, May 11, as usual, for the blood collection which will take place at the socio-cultural center of Manom, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
The collections made in the Thionville sector went well. Donors are given a mask upon arrival and are asked to wash their hands with soap or hydroalcoholic gel. The volunteers of the association, as well as the staff of the EFS (French Blood Establishment) also wear a mask. All necessary measures are applied to guarantee the safety of all. Important: Continue to donate blood unless you have flu-like symptoms. Guidelines: “Avoid physical contact with other people. Respect a distance of 1 m between each and each of you to protect yourself. It’s as important as your donation! If you have been in contact with a person showing flu symptoms, please report it, you will be given a mask to make your donation ”.
