The Austrian Financial Market Authority (FMA) announced today that there are no investigations against the company. The authorities have also said that there are investigations into possible insider trading against natural or legal persons that may or may not be related to ams. At the time of the initiation of the investigation, its subject, course, or conclusion, no information was given.
ams has established guidelines and processes that regulate employee, management and other commercial transactions. These are checked regularly and compliance is actively monitored.
