The Dubai Women Establishment organized the “Mental Health Program” with the participation of the organization’s female employees, over two consecutive days in conjunction with International Women’s Day, which falls on March 8 of each year. The program aims to highlight the importance of women’s mental health and its role in improving the quality of their lives and enhancing their productivity and giving at both levels. Naima Ahli, Acting Executive Director of the Dubai Women Establishment, said: “The established approach established by the wise leadership to support women in various aspects of life is permanently reflected in their national and societal contributions, stressing the keenness of the wife of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE and Deputy Prime Minister , Head of the Presidential Court, Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Women’s Establishment, for providing a healthy work environment that supports women and the organization’s female employees by launching and organizing many innovative programs and initiatives.
She added that the organization’s organization of this program comes within the framework of social responsibility towards its employees and appreciation of their efforts and giving in making the organization successful, noting that the program was met with positive reactions from the female employees because of its sustainable impact on their lives, pointing out that attention to the mental health of employees has become a global trend for its role. In achieving personal and professional balance and contributing to improving the work environment, raising the level of productivity, improving the quality of working life, and economic growth.
