A driver with drugs in his blood has been busted for not wearing his seat belt. A patrol stopped the 23-year-old on Sunday afternoon on the main street in Ottenbach because the man was not wearing his seat belt. When talking to the driver, the officers suspected that the 23-year-old might have taken drugs, the police report.
