Drama in a McDonald’s in New York: an employee between life and death for having served cold fries

This Monday, in a McDonald’s in New York, a woman in her forties came to have a bite to eat. Only problem, she believes to have received cold fries.

She therefore went to complain to the servers but they would have laughed at her, she told the police, herself questioned by the New York Post.

Angry but feeling helpless, the 40-year-old woman then contacted her 20-year-old son, who, neither one nor two, landed in the restaurant of the fast-food chain. The latter, already known to the police for various crimes and misdemeanors, then fell out with the server and, when the tone rose, the two men left the establishment. The 18-year-old then pulled out a gun and shot the waiter, who was seriously injured in the neck. Taken to the hospital, he was in critical condition.

The young man was taken into custody and is being prosecuted for possession of a firearm and attempted murder. He was accompanied by his girlfriend, also detained and prosecuted for possession of a firearm.
