With a deep sorrow and great sorrow, we announce that after a short illness, Dr. Todop Dobpev, the head of the department of the Ministry of Justice, died.

Dr. Todop Dobpev was born in 1959. He has a master’s degree in medicine from the Medical University in Plovdiv, a recognized specialty “Forensic Medicine”. Зpez 2006 He completed the specialty “Public Health and Health Management – Health Manager” at MU – Sofia. Magic by law from Belikoptnov University “St. Cyril and Methodius”. In 2007, it acquired legal capacity from the Ministry of Justice. He was a chief assistant at the Department of Forensic Medicine at the Medical University of Plovdiv. Expert “Forensic medical examinations”, entered in the list of experts – MΠ, Court of Appeal – Plovdiv.
From the Regional Directorate of the MBP, they are also joining the group from the untimely death of Dr. Dobpev.
