Jakarta

“I am shocked and concerned about the acquittal. At first, we thought that the excuse for forgiveness would only be used by the panel to lighten the sentence. But I have to respect the court’s decision,” Habiburokhman said, Friday (18/3/2022).

The deputy governor of Gerindra hopes that the prosecutor will file an cassation. This, according to him, needs to be done so that there is no speculation related to the decision.

“I hope the prosecutor can appeal the verdict let goso that all speculation related to this case can really be resolved to the last level in the Supreme Court,” he said.

“In the memory of his case, the Prosecutor should include a comparison of the decision of this matter with other matters concerning the implementation of the pardoning grounds,” continued Habiburokhman.
