He explained that, by instruction of the Governor of San Luis Potosí, Ricardo Gallardo Cardona, to reinforce the work of care and protection of children from San Luis Potosí against Covid-19, in coordination with the Correcaminos Brigade and the Mexican Institute of Social Security ( IMSS), as well as supervisors and directors of public and private educational centers, a calendar of the dates and times that brigades will attend each educational center was made.

For the morning shift there will be a schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., while for the evening shift from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., for which each director will make the information known to the teachers, as well as as well as the educational community. This campaign will start in the metropolitan area.

Torres Cedillo explained that mothers, fathers or guardians must present the signed and completed letter of consent on the day of the vaccine with the data indicated, specifying whether it is the first or second dose, in case they have already received it. It is important to mention that the staff of the roadrunner brigade will appear at the school with a uniform and badge that identifies them as a representative of said health institution.

The head of the SEGE said that, in the event of a minor showing up accompanied by an adult who is not enrolled in the host school, they will be given access to be vaccinated as long as they cover the requirement of a letter of consent and proof of vaccination from the first dose, if applicable.
