According to Mittelstadt, the phone records show that Wade visited Willis’ home for an extended period, more than 35 times throughout the year 2021. Furthermore, the data reportedly reveals that on two occasions, Wade spent the night at Willis’ apartment. These findings raise questions as to the precise timeline of their relationship, as both Willis and Wade testified that their affair only commenced after Wade’s appointment in early 2022.

Notably, Mittelstadt’s affidavit claims that the data indicates Wade’s stationary presence at Willis’ residence, rather than moments of transit, and highlights the consistent and extensive phone communication between the two parties. Additionally, the investigator points out that Wade, who was married at the time, exchanged over 2,000 calls and nearly 12,000 phone interactions with Willis over the course of 11 months in 2021.
