While walking his dog on the Ringstrasse, opposite the intersection with Taunusstrasse, the man came across suspicious dog decoy. He dutifully alerted the police. The attentive walker quickly got rid of the sausage so that nothing worse could happen. Until September, around 30 dogs in Hesse fell victim to the poison bait of a common animal hater.
