JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The issue of guardianship rights of the late Aunt Andriansyah and Vanessa Angel, Gala Sky, seems to be continuing.
The reason is, the father of the late Vanessa, Doddy Sudrajathas just filed an appeal against the decision of the West Jakarta PA panel of judges in favor of Faisal in Gala’s guardianship rights.
Aunt Andriansyah’s late father, Faisal, never thought that his mother would appeal.
“I don’t think so either. Why can’t I understand it, (because) yesterday before the court decision, Mr. Doddy said on the news, I heard, yes, on YouTube, if I’m not mistaken, he said that he would be relieved,” said Faisal in the Permata Mediterania Complex area, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta, Monday (2/5/2022).

According to Faisal, if Doddy was truly relieved, he should have accepted whatever decision the panel of judges made.
However, what happened was the opposite. Doddy changed his attitude by filing an appeal.
“After the passage of time, after the decision was made, now (even) an appeal. Now, of course, it makes me wonder if it’s like this, every word, today is tempeh, tomorrow is soybean, or today is soybean, tomorrow is tempeh, “said Faisal.

Faisal admitted that he was disappointed with Doddy’s attitude. In fact, said Faisal, he had intended to open the door for forgiveness for Doddy.
“Actually, if he doesn’t appeal, that’s a problem for me, I already want to make amends. I want to open the door, I want to have a harmonious relationship again between me, right with him, this grandson is also his grandson,” continued Faisal.
Faisal said that Doddy’s appeal changed the current situation. He is currently awaiting the court’s decision.
Faisal emphasized that for now he is reluctant to have any contact with Doddy until the Gala’s guardianship issue is resolved.
“And I didn’t get in touch first. That’s my opinion. Because, if it’s been held by the court, yes, we’ll leave it to the court. We are waiting for the decision on this appeal, “said Faisal.
Previously reported, Doddy Sudrajat, filed an appeal against the decision of the panel of judges in favor of Faisal regarding the guardianship rights of his grandson, Gala Sky.

This was confirmed by Doddy’s attorney, Tegar Firmansyah.
Tegar said that the reason for filing an appeal was because Doddy and Vanessa’s biological mother objected to the West Jakarta PA’s decision to impose guardianship rights on Gala to Haji Faisal, Aunt Andriansyah’s parents.
