The new businesses would occupy Kiosk 3 (north kiosk) in Fordham Plaza, located at Fordham Road, Third Avenue and East 189th Street in the Bronx.

Fordham Plaza is a major economic, cultural, and transportation hub in the Bronx. The reconstructed plaza has been expanded to more than 75,000 square feet and features improved pedestrian and vehicle circulation and bus facilities on surrounding streets.
