Do war and inflation also cool the real estate market? “It’s been a long time since we’ve seen this”

The average price of a house rose in all Flemish provinces in the first three months of the year (excluding inflation). Outlier was the province of Limburg, with a price increase of +10.4%. Limburg still remains the cheapest province in Flanders with an average house price of 298,600 euros.

The price increase was smallest in West Flanders: +4.4%. A house there cost an average of 306,487 euros. Flemish Brabant remained the most expensive Flemish province with an average price of 397,354 euros.
