Talks between Russia and Ukraine can begin if Kiev shows willingness and is ready to discuss Moscow’s demands.
Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on Tuesday.
“It has to be the political will, the willingness to discuss Russia’s demands that everyone knows about,” Peskov said when asked what steps the Ukrainian side should take to start talks, other than lifting the ban on talking to Moscow.
