Divisional Commissioner Franck Hemery: The Future of Public Security and Judicial Police Merger

Divisional commissioner Franck Hemery, 53, was officially installed on Wednesday August 30 as departmental director of public security (DDSP) of Maine-et-Loire. He replaces Comptroller General Jean Hayet, who has become DDSP de la Loire.
