Fresnillo.- In a meeting of the Cabildo, it was approved to remove 28 vehicles and 813 personal property that are in scrap or marginal use condition; Likewise, it was approved to donate a piece of land in the Balcones neighborhood, for the construction of a temple.
These assets that were decommissioned correspond to various objects such as computer equipment and materials that are no longer functional, so this determination was made to have a real inventory of the town hall.
It should be noted that the personal property and the vehicles were subjected to a review before being deregistered, to ensure that they were no longer functional, in addition to the intention of putting the vehicles up for auction, as was done previously with other junk car lots.
During the session, also, the protocol for the prevention, care and punishment of sexual harassment was approved in the city hall, a statement that was issued two weeks ago, and that aims to eliminate and guarantee the safety of workers.
The councilors also approved to donate a piece of land located in the Balcones neighborhood, which will be used for the construction of a temple dedicated to Saint Anthony of Padua.
The Cabildo approved the income and expenditure reports presented by the Treasury Director, Silvia Eugenia Hernández Márquez, corresponding to July, August and September, in addition to the quarterly report corresponding to these three months.
Likewise, the new Cabildo hall was inaugurated in the presidency, which bears the name of Presidents, where the photographs of each of the mayors of the municipality are exhibited.
