YT’s wife AT, who lives in Kayacık District of Karamürsel district of Kocaeli, left his house by taking his daughters CNT with him in 2018. YT learned that his wife AT was with a person living in Gaziantep. YT, who applied to the court, filed for divorce with his wife and took his daughter, CNT, who had been with his mother until that time in the summer.
Suspecting of her daughter’s sleep patterns and certain behaviors, father YT learned that her daughter was exposed to violence and sexual abuse from CNT. His father started a legal struggle against his wife AT and the person he was with, in December of last year, for the little girl, who explained that her mother had sexual intercourse with a person, that the same person touched her and was exposed to violence when she cried.
Baba YT wants his mother, AT, who abused his daughter and completed the investigation process, to be tried. Father YT said that during the divorce, his mother wrote ‘sucker’ on the forehead of his daughter and sent this photo to his brother.
CONTINUOUS harassment
Claiming that his little daughter was regularly abused, YT said:
* My wife kidnapped my daughter to Gaziantep in 2018. He had many sexual relationships with the person he deceived me in Gaziantep and experienced them in front of my daughter. They beat them and watched them by force. The person my wife deceived me also slapped and beat my daughter.
* Touched the special parts of my daughter, handled by force, drooped. They even forced my child to make up, put on high heels and harassed him. When she told her mother, my daughter was constantly beaten by her mother.
* He was constantly excluding my son. My child had a city, a city tour. At the moment, my wife is in the investigation stage in Mersin. However, this investigation could not be completed. I want the investigation to be completed as soon as possible.
Applied to Prosecution
Stating that he applied to the public prosecutor as soon as he knew about the abuse, YT continued his words as follows:
* I learned these events in December 2019. My daughter told me about this. After my daughter explained this, I applied for the necessary places. My daughter’s statement was taken at the Child Monitoring Center. Until this date, I did not know this situation of my child.
* I learned the situation on 17 December, I applied to the public prosecutor’s office on 19 December. My child’s testimony was taken at the Child Monitoring Center. Since I was in Kocaeli and my wife was in Mersin, the file was sent to Mersin.
* Nothing appeared in Mersin regarding the file. The bad thing is, this person who does this to my daughter and destroys my home works as a mathematics teacher at a school in Şanlıurfa. She was working as a mathematics teacher at a school with girls. This is the statement my daughter personally saw.
TRAUMA LIVED
Stating that YT’s daughter had traumas, she said:
* I want this imprudence and immorality done to my daughter and me to be punished as soon as possible. My daughter had really great traumas due to these situations.
* He was in a very bad state in his sleep. I recovered my child as much as I can. I want our state, the authorities to conclude this event as soon as possible and find the punishment of those who do this to my daughter and me as soon as possible. (DHA)
