Discover Three Gems of the Crown: Park Lane Hotel’s Modern Dining Program

Bond Hospitality has taken the reins of the dining program at the Park Lane Hotel in New York City, giving it a modern twist. In collaboration with Highgate, they have created three unique venues: Rose Lane, Darling and Harry’s New York Bar, each with their own unique and memorable experience.

The highlight is the elegant Darling Lounge, on the 47th floor, the only one on the rooftop that offers an unparalleled view of the Manhattan skyline and the iconic park. At Darling, guests can enjoy an intimate and whimsical space with a menu of signature cocktails and a carefully curated variety of entertainment. The entrance to the lounge is adorned with a mural of bold colors, flowers and animals that pay homage to Central Park and a pink chandelier that presides over the staircase to transport you to a rooftop oasis.

The Scott Sartiano-designed menu offers an eclectic mix of offerings, such as seafood towers, grilled cheese with caviar and the A5 Wagyu Katsu Sando, complemented by a wide selection of cocktails and inventive spirits. In addition to food and drink, additional entertainment includes an ongoing series of DJs, exclusive events and one-of-a-kind collaborations in association with Sartiano’s Bond Hospitality. This renovated hotel has breathed new life into Manhattan’s nightlife scene with its eccentric spirit and thoughtful food and drink menu.

Inspired by art nouveau with a touch of the French Riviera, Rose Lane is much more than just a hotel lobby bar. Rose Lane effortlessly transforms throughout the day, from a coffee-to-go coffee in the morning to an elegant business meeting place in the afternoon and a lively bar in the evening.

The highlight of the Rose Lane menu is its bright, fresh flavors with exquisite presentation, all executed from a feminine perspective. This place is a comfortable and welcoming environment by nature, where diners can enjoy excellent food and service. The menu offers a wide selection of local products and sustainable suppliers, both to eat on site and to take home.

For breakfast, guests can enjoy delicious options such as fresh pastries, seasonal fruit, and açai bowls, along with innovative latte options, herbal teas, and cold-pressed juices. During lunch, you can enjoy a delicious rustic Neapolitan pizza, fresh salads from the garden and clean proteins.

Guests can enjoy happy hour on the outdoor patio, with floral, herbaceous, and session-friendly cocktails inspired by the venue’s garden setting, including creative spritzes and champagne cocktails. In addition, a wide variety of organic and natural wines are offered for dinner and the evening, complemented by an extensive raw and caviar bar.

And last but not least: Harry’s New York Bar, an exclusive rooftop cocktail bar that is designed to give you the true New York experience. Their menu pushes the boundaries of classic cocktails with a focus on the martini, but also highlights mundane ingredients and natural botanicals. Homemade tinctures and concoctions are paired with specialty gins and vodkas, inviting guests to explore new flavors that reach to the ends of the world. The bar features a hand-picked array of unique and rare, yet accessible spirits such as port barrel-aged bourbon, coffee-infused blended Scotch and locally distilled rye, designed to blur the lines between familiar and new.

And for those looking for an even more elevated experience, Harry’s New York Bar offers an extensive list of rare champagnes. But what really makes this place feel authentic is its ability to reinvent New York City culture in a style of its own.
