Days of play
The Sony PlayStation “Days of Play” will return in 2020 and delight gamers with numerous discounts on games and gaming hardware. The summer sale starts this year from May 25th, then there will be new ones until June 8th PlayStation 4 and PlayStation VR games and accessories are offered at attractive prices.
The offers can be found at all participating retailers, as well as the PlayStation store. Amazon, Media Markt and Saturn are among the most popular third-party providers.
Speed can be worth it this year, because some offers are only valid for one day, others while stocks last.
PlayStation Plus greatly reduced
In the meantime, it has almost become a tradition that PlayStation fans can also purchase their 12-month membership for PS Plus and PlayStation Now at this year’s “Days of Play” with a discount of 30 percent, ie for 41.99 euros.
PS Plus members receive two free games for PlayStation 4 each month, and the service is necessary to use online content on all games.
PlayStation Now is a kind of Netflix for video games that gives subscribers access to an ever-growing library of games.
Virtual reality
Anyone who has been flirting with the virtual reality of gaming for a long time should strike during the “Days of Play”. Two different PlayStation VR bundles are available until June 8th at favorable conditions.
Sony differentiates between the PlayStation VR Megapack 2 with five games and the entry-level bundle. The Megapack 2 is available on Amazon for 229.00 euros instead of the usual 319.00 euros. The pack includes the PS4 camera, VR glasses and a selection of games.
The entry-level bundle is also significantly cheaper at Amazon at 199.00 euros. The bundle consisting of camera, VR glasses and the entry-level game VR World usually costs EUR 319.00.
PS4 Pro at an entry-level price
This year there is also an attractive offer for gamers who do not yet have a PlayStation. The PS4 Pro with a terabyte of storage capacity including six games can be ordered from Amazon for 399.99 euros, a discount of 30 euros.
The private game collection can then be expanded thanks to heavily discounted games, for example FIFA 20 is currently available for 29.99 euros or Assassin’s Creed Odyssey + Origins for 29.99 euros.
