In the past, the historic catalog has hosted great icons of beauty, from Cindy Crawford to Claudia Schiffer
When there was still no ecommerce, there was Postalmarket, which arrived in millions of homes throughout Italy. 45,000 shipments a day, 600 billion lire in turnover, 1,400 employees and collaborations with high fashion brands such as Krizia, Coveri and Laura Biagiotti. Then the decline, various ownership changes, relaunch attempts that never really took off, a closure in 2007, the bankruptcy in 2015 and the acquisition, in 2018, by the current CEO Stefano Bortolussi.
And now the historic catalog, born in 1959 from an intuition of the Milanese entrepreneur Anna Bonomi Bolchini, returns. A few days ago it was the turn of the inauguration of the e-commerce site, www.postalmarket.it, where it is possible to buy between 25,000 products. From 23 October the catalog will be available in 18 thousand newsstands, in a renewed version but faithful to the original. Especially as regards the cover with a lot of exceptional testimonials.
