Smith punched Rock during the major film awards ceremony after the comedian made a joke about Jada Pinkett-Smith, the actor’s wife. “That is no longer a problem. That’s over. I can confirm that,” said 52-year-old Diddy. He did not reveal how the two reconciled. “It’s all love. They are brothers.”
According to the entertainment website, Smith would also have been at the Vanity Fair party with his family and have lavishly danced.

Reason for the blow by Smith was Rock’s joke in which he associates Pinkett-Smith with G.I. Jane, a film in which Demi Moore plays a soldier with that nickname with cropped hair. Smith reacted furiously and after hitting Rock, he yelled, “Keep my wife’s name out of your fucking mouth.” Jada Pinkett-Smith suffers from the hair disease alopecia, a condition that causes a person to become partially or completely bald.
