Did Sars-CoV-2 appear in Barcelona in March 2019?

If what Spanish researchers recently published in a pre-print is correct, then the early history of the Covid 19 pandemic must be completely rewritten. Previously, it was assumed that the first cases of infection with the virus occurred in Wuhan sometime in November 2019 before the new infectious disease was made public around the turn of the year 2019/20, a team led by the renowned Spanish virologist Albert Bosch from the University of Barcelona that traces of Sars-CoV-2 were already in the wastewater of Barcelona in March 2019.
