Development and marketing project manager (internship) – Rend-Fort

Type of position: 6-month paid internship, available as soon as possible.

The intern in charge of development & marketing of ESS Rend-Fort contributes to the development and strengthening of the growth levers of ESS Rend-Fort.

Social and solidarity enterprise made up of an Association and a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest, the Rend-Fort® collective was set up at the start of the Covid 19 crisis by bringing together professionals all over the country who specialize in psycho-physiological recovery and mental preparation. The foundation of our approach, this multidisciplinarity has enabled us to respond effectively and quickly to the various expectations expressed by many healthcare organizations. In particular, it has enabled us to put in place short support services available to more than 3,700 health workers and thus teach them how to take better care of themselves in order to take better care of others.

Purpose of the internship:

  1. Contribute to increasing the audience of ESS Rend-Fort, in accordance with its strategic orientations;
  2. Initiate and monitor, with stakeholders in the business ecosystem, partnership agreements and service contracts contributing to the development of Rend-Fort;
  3. Contribute to the correct marketing positioning of ESS Rend-Fort;
  4. To do this, participate in discussions on the growth strategy, its financing and its implementation.

Position in thea structure :

  • Direct report to the General Management;
  • Cross-functional collaboration with all the poles of ESS Rend-Fort, and in particular with the communication pole;
  • Connected with the actors of the Rend-Fort ecosystem.

The main oness missions are to contribute to:

  • Reflection on Rend-Fort’s marketing strategy and its implementation;
  • The design and formalization of commercial offers;
  • The formalization and monitoring of commercial cooperation involving Rend Fort;
  • Identifying relevant contacts and developing customer and partner relationships;
  • Preparation for decision-making;
  • The monitoring and follow-up of calls for projects, offers of subsidies and major events related to the mission of Rend Fort;
  • The formalization and dissemination of the messages carried by Rend-Fort, in particular on the various social media.
