Good things come to those who wait. For the first time in more than 18 years, the Cherry Creek Shopping Center Apple Store is undergoing a wall-to-wall redesign and expansion. The store will move to the north end of Floor 2 next to Nordstrom. Perched on E 1st Avenue, street-facing windows overlook Denver and an interior entrance to the mall will greet customers
Even under COVID-19 restrictions, the store will remain open for purchases by reservation only. From Apple:
We are currently open to purchase by booking a one-on-one session with a specialist, online order picking, and Genius Support by making an appointment. We are open to health and safety measures and look forward to welcoming you.
As the report notes, the store is being expanded and redesigned from top to bottom and is moving to a different part of the Cherry Creek Mall.

Apple Inc. is expected to open its second store in South Korea later this month, expanding its presence in the country to compete with local tech giant Samsung Electronics Co.
The company said on Friday that it will hold a press preview event for the store in Yeouido, west of Seoul, on February 24.
No public opening date has been specified, but the report notes that the store is expected to open this month, leaving only a small window after the press event and suggesting that an opening next weekend could be on the cards.
The new store in Seoul’s financial district was announced in November and is located on level one of the IFC mall.
