“I reported it for more than a month. At that time, many were parodied by Denise Chariesta,” Elida Netty said when she met at the West Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (20/10/2022) .

Additionally, Elida Netty said investigators examined several witnesses related to her report. Denise Chariesta herself is expected to undergo an exam today.
“We are at the BAP, all the witnesses are present, today the summons for him (Denise Chariesta),” said Elida Netty.
However, Denise Chariesta was unable to attend and the examination related to the case was rescheduled for Monday (24/10) morning.
“But Denise just got the news from investigators that Denise got a call today that collided with the regional police. So, Denise is at Polda Metro Jaya. She promised to come early Monday morning at 10,” explained Elida Netty .
Already hurt by Denise Chariesta’s behavior, she stressed that she had closed the door to peace. Elida Netty hopes there will be justice for her in this case.
“If Denise wants peace, it is difficult. It is difficult for me to make peace. If there is justice for me,” said Elida Netty.
As a result of the report, Denise Chariesta was threatened with a criminal sentence of 8 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 2 billion.
“This is a report on the modification of the transmission, article 32 paragraph 1 with article 28 in conjunction with article 48, (criminal conviction) 8 years of imprisonment and a fine of 2 billion,” he concluded.
