Death of Robert Rosolen, founding member of the Lions Club Saint-Hermentaire in Draguignan

Since Monday, the date of his death, the sadness of his loved ones has been widely shared by another family. That of the Lions Club Saint-Hermentaire, of which he was a founding member in 1984.
A committed man

Engaged in Lionism at the end of the sixties, the one who was a dental surgeon in his professional life, will also be at the origin of the creation of the sound library of Draguignan, intended for the visually impaired.

He will chair it for 23 years, investing body and soul. All his life Robert Rosolen will thus remain faithful to the motto of the Lions, “To serve”.

Very touched by his disappearance, Michel Mankita, the current president of the Lions Club Saint-Hermentaire, attests, “It was part of Robert’s life to serve others. He was also a very kind person.”

His funeral will take place on Thursday January 6 at 2:30 p.m. in the Church of the Holy Family.
