Hezbollah also mourned three of its members and said, “They rose as martyrs on the road to Jerusalem.”

The party announced that its military wing (the Islamic Resistance) today attacked several Israeli sites with “appropriate weapons,” including “Dovev Barracks, Kiryat Shmona Colony, and Zibdin Barracks,” and the sites of Al-Raheb, Ruwaisat Al-Alam, Al-Samaqa, Al-Matla, Al-Marj, Markaba, Birkat Risha, and Zarit.

On Wednesday, the Israeli army announced the launch of a “large wave” of raids inside Lebanon after a missile bombardment from the Lebanese side, for which no party claimed responsibility, on the city of Safed, northern Israel, which left one dead and seven wounded.

The Israeli army said today that it continues to raise its readiness on the northern front on the border with Lebanon.

The Israeli army spokesman for the Arab media, Avichai Adraee, published a statement on the ((X)) platform, stating that “the IDF continues to raise its readiness on the northern front.”

Adraee said, “In conjunction with the training of reserve fighters of the 146th and 210th Brigades on the northern front, Golani Brigade fighters this week began the process of raising readiness on the northern front.”

He continued, “As part of an effort to raise the eligibility and readiness of the ground forces to fight in the northern region, under the leadership of the Northern Training Center, the reserve and regular brigades on the northern front carried out training in terrain that simulates the northern border, amid winter weather conditions.”

He explained that the exercises included a joint exercise for armored forces, engineering infantry and artillery, practicing camouflage techniques, fighting in the open area, as well as transporting the wounded amid harsh weather conditions.
